Register as an Alumnus
AweAlumni.com does offer a FREE registration to all AHS Alumni. As a registered user,
you will be able to do the following:
- View the names of alumni who have registered
- Continue to check in for any new
registrants
- Be contacted by friends who are
paid members
- Be contacted by reunion
organizers
- Leave messages on your high
school message board
- View other sections of the alumni site
- Upload current picture of yourself and post your
personal website URL

As a paid War Eagle Member, you will be able to do the following:

Send email to alumni
Though anyone registered with AweAlumni.com can receive an email, only
paid members can "send" email to friends that are registered.
If you are a paid member, you will be able to click on email link on your
friend's alumni profile and a Web form will appear for you to complete.
Your email will be sent to your friend's personal mailbox.

Change your personal information
You have the ability to change or correct the following information yourself:
- Your Graduation Year
- Your Email Address
- Your Postal Address
- Your Password
- Your Alumni Profile
To make these changes, click the "Update your Profile?" link near the top of the page after
logging in. You will be taken to your profile. Make changes in the appropriate fields then click
on the "Modify Profile" button at the bottom of the page.
To change your email address or password you will need to click on the appropriate links at the
bottom of the page.

Add your Profile
Once you create an account at AweAlumni.com - you must add your personal alumni profile. Your
profile must contain the following info:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Email Address
- Your Graduation Year
All other information found on the form is optional.
**Important - If you do not create your personal profile - your account will be deleted within
24 hours of registration. First and last names must be used - NO initials, failure to comply
will be considered a violation of the terms of service - your profile will be deleted and your
access revoked.

Add photos and/or a Web page Link to your personal page
To add photos to your personal alumni profile,
Select the Update your Profile? link after logging in and scroll to the bottom of the page -
click on the "browse" button and locate your photo in the directory on your PC. After
you locate your photo - highlight the file and click on "open" (the file path will
now appear in the File: field). Now click on the "Upload File!" button.
Your photo will now appear on your alumni profile (recommended size - no wider than 250 pixels)
To add your Web page link you click on the Update your Profile? link after logging in.
Type your URL in the appropriate field. You must include "http://" as part of your URL to make your link work
properly. Once you have typed in your URL, you must click the Modify Profile button to
lock in the changes to your alumni profile.

Remove Duplicate Profile
To remove a duplicate profile - please contact the support team with name on
profile and class year.

To have your profile removed - please contact the support team with name on
profile and class year.

Please be aware that it could take 2-3 days to completely remove all of your information from
our database.

Logins and Passwords
Our messageboards and forums are a contained in a separate database and you must register your alumni UserID/password in
the messageboard area. To do so - go to the messageboard area and click on the "register" link.
Your AweAlumni.com login and password could be different from your messageboard login and password if you have changed
your alumni password since you originally registered.

Returned Email
While we make every attempt to make sure that all information submitted is accurate - sometimes
alumni change email addresses and do not update their profile to reflect the change.
With that in mind we ask all alumni to please keep their alumni profile updated with the
very latest information.

I can't find my class
After logging in you will see "How do I view only a listing of my class?" with a link that follows
"view my class" - click on it and you will be taken directly to your class listing. If you are taken to
the wrong class - please notify us immediately at support@awealumni.com
You can also search for individual alumni by clicking on the "search alumni profiles" link.
Note: Unless you are a paid member - you will only be able to see the name - you will not be able
to view alumni profile.

I can't login
Login by entering your UserID and password in the appropriate fields on the mainpage and click on the
"Go" button.
If you receive an error - it could be because the login information was not entered correctly (remember
UserID/passwords are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown in the Login Information
email that was sent to you during the registration process.
If you still are experiencing problems logging in - please contact the support team at -
support@awealumni.com.

I lost my password...
If you have lost or can't remember your login userID/password - you will need to get a new one by clicking on the
"Forget your password?" link on the mainpage. You will then need to enter your email address in the
next field. A new password will then be issued and sent to you immediately.
If you receive an error - it could be because your email address was not entered correctly. Your email address
must be entered exactly as it was during the original registration process.
